Cancellation Policy
A $50 non-refundable deposit down is required for any chemical services for any NEW clients to be able to book with us.
If you are a RETURNING client & you no-call, no-show, we will require the same $50 non-refundable deposit for future appointments with your stylist.
- This $50 deposit will be used towards your services when you visit.
- If a cancelation happens less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, the $50 deposit will be forfeited.
- Appointment cancellations via text or email are not accepted, cancellations must be made by calling the salon.
